RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Glamorize Studio accepts returns (only for non-compliant goods) or exchanges if the customer is not satisfied with the product. PLEASE NOTE: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST THE CANCELLATION, RETURN OR REFUND OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS (except in the case of manufacturing defects), within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order as per European directive. For the second option (return if you are not satisfied) the products must be returned at the buyer's expense to the address of origin of the shipment within and no later than 3 days from the return/exchange request.
In the event that the product is not compliant and therefore has defects, the costs will be borne by Glamorize Studio. In the second case, the customer must send back the product(s) it is possible to send them within and no later than 3 days from the return request. We make returns for the entire amount corresponding to the purchase of the product (only product, without shipping) only and exclusively in the case of clear evidence that the goods received are not compliant or defective. If the purchase includes a product purchased with a specific discount promotion on that product, the cost that was paid for the product by the customer will be refunded (in the case of the 3x2 promotion if the product is a gift we cannot refund, but only the exchange or a 5% coupon will be provided to the customer). We will ask the customer to send via email or on whatsapp ( 3533312805) photo and/or video of the item received highlighting its defect/non-conformity.
